PaintPilot – automatic path planning for industrial painting programmes

Until now, the creation of programmes in industrial coating processes was often associated with a high level of manual effort. This often means that the programming effort exceeds the benefits of using the robot, especially with small quantities or high part variance. The 3D.PaintPilot solves this challenge. First, our LC-X sensor digitises the workpiece. The 3D.PaintPilot then applies the desired spraying strategy and automatically creates the customised path planning. The existence of CAD data is no longer necessary here.
