3D.EasyTeach transforms manually guided coating movements into an automated, precise and repeatable robot path within just a few minutes, entirely without any programming knowledge.

With 3D.EasyTeach, automating manual coating processes becomes easier than ever before. The system uses precise infrared motion tracking to capture the manually guided movement of a paint gun and then translates this motion into an optimized robot path. Operators guide the paint gun as they normally would and immediately see how their own technique is transformed into a repeatable robot program. Complex programming is no longer required, as every step is software-assisted, optimized and automatically converted into the correct motion logic.

The intuitive user interface allows new components to be taught quickly and enables fine adjustments of paths with just a few clicks.
