High-Precision Surface Inspection for Aerospace MRO

The HP-FX sets new standards in surface inspection for aerospace MRO, combining highest measurement precision with significantly shorter inspection times in engine maintenance.

The HP-FX (high precision – flexible) is a fully automated inspection system for surface analysis based on advanced 3D metrology. The system combines state-of-the-art white light interferometry (WLI) with intelligent surface analysis algorithms to deliver measurement results in the micrometer range, regardless of material, geometry, or surface characteristics.

By integrating industrial robotics, the HP-FX ensures fully reproducible and repeatable measurements. It is primarily used in aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) environments.
